Brad is a keen developer and business owner in this region and has been involved in successful business and building projects on the York Peninsula over the last 15 years, including the Moonta Lifestyle Village and the Port Pirie Lifestyle Village.
Gary is a local builder who has resided at Moonta for the past 35 years. Wahlstedt Quality Homes was established by Gary in 1992 and has since grown to become one of the best and most respected building companies outside of the metropolitan area. Gary has been the recipient of four prestigious Housing Industry Association Awards for the Best Country Builder, Best Custom Built Home, Best Display Home and Country Builder of the year. Brad, Gary, Annie and Kellie’s involvement in this project does not just involve being the “Developers”; they take a hand’s on approach and can be seen on a regular basis supervising and overseeing this dream becomes a reality. Annie is a ‘Born & Bred’ Port Pirie girl who’s main passion in life is Family and Sport. Both Annie and her husband Huey, have been heavily involved in the Port Pirie Community through sport, music and voluntary committees. In her spare time, Annie loves to look after her grandsons, enjoys walking, kayaking and bike riding. Add to that a bit of caravanning and fishing—making her life complete. Her aim at the Village is to make sure every resident is a happy resident.

Kellie moved with her husband and 2 sons from Mannum approximately 9 years ago to enjoy a “sea change”.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family travelling and camping around Australia, likes to read, and has a love for quilting, needlework and paper crafting.
Kellie’s aim is to always make you feel welcome and feel part of our caring Village community.
